Our stay in your condo was wonderful. Very lovely furnishings and the decks were great. We spent a lot of time on the decks in the morning and late afternoon enjoying the view of the city and bay. We used the gas grill and ate dinner on the deck several times. The landscaping was like being in a botanical gardens with all the different plants. The pool was amazing with the view of the bay and the way it sets in relationship to the hill side. Thank you for the lovely oxaca pottery. We will placed it on our mantel and it will be a pleasant reminder of our visit to linda vista. We had a great time. The only regret is that we did not stay longer. Looking forward to next year.

My dear, you're so lucky being the mistress of Linda Vista.Sometimes I start daydreaming and remember the apt , the pool and the good feelings I have when there. I would spend literally hours in the morning eating pastry ,drinking coffee and reading on the terrace. The best therapy for northern stress.

Every single evening , I would go for a short dip before going to bed. Sleep would come so easily afterwards.

Lolita! Despite some low-level anxiety of the flu, we had a wonderful time in PV. Your condo was an island of quiet relaxation and we just LOVED it. Emma did a great job as well.

As we were there for a wedding, it was a very social vacation – with lots of activities with friends. We were exhausted when we got home. Your home was perfect and lovely. Cara loved the décor. We would definitely like to return some day.

We’d alternate breakfast every day at Freddy Tucan’s or La Palapa. We’d then lounge at the pool, playing dominoes under the palapa and having some snacks. By afternoon, we usually met some friends somewhere in PV for some sightseeing. We’re so happy we stayed in Old Town in your condo and not anywhere else! A great trip and we did not want to come home.

Hi Lolita, "As this has been my third consecutive year I have rented, Linda Vista feels like my second home. The location and view are superb. So much is available just a few minutes walk including grocery store shops restaurants and of course the beach. The vacation was soooo nice and partly because of your wonderful apartement. The addition of the little roof overhanging the terrace was a great I am thinking perhaps of asking you for a price for off-season rental by month.perhaps october-november or mid-april-mid-june next year. Hola Lolita, What can I say about your home that hasn't already been said? I can only repeat what all your other guests have said-it is the most wonderful home in a beautiful setting and the only down side is that it is yours and not ours!! You have spoilt us Lolita we will never find a home such as yours to rent again no matter where we go. M……… was thrilled with Condo Linda Vista and as beautiful as Puerto Vallarta is we really found it difficult to leave our beautiful condo. Everything about it was perfect, the terraces, the balconies, the gardens, the views of the sea, the mountains, the red tiled roofs, the church and old town and the wonderful quality of the air ----all that wonderful outdoor space and inside was just as perfect; beautifully decorated, quality throughout-the wood, the tiles the furnishings were so beautiful. You could really tell it was a much loved home and not just a rental. Any time you are ready to sell you can add us to your list but I am sure you we would be far down on the list, it is by far the best condo in the whole of P.V. The whole development is wonderful; we kept thinking we were in a Corona commercial! The infinity pool and all that shared outdoor space. I wanted to keep pinching myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming. I know I had seen all the photos on your web site but I honestly didn't think it could be so beautiful--I was sure it was just good photo work and then to find it even more impossibly beautiful was really amazing! If only other builders in P.V. would use the same quality and judgment as your development you could really keep the old town/zona romantica intact. . Tere was so helpful and kind and sweet and really just perfect. I dropped your coffee carafe the morning after we arrived and after looking for a new one in the local stores and not finding any I turned to Tere and she took over. I left money for a replacement but if it is any more it can come out of the deposit. I am sorry I was the first one to break anything Lolita. I would like to send Tere a thank you note, is there anything I could send her? Thanks Lolita. I have so much to tell you but it will have to wait for later in the day. I hope you won't mind a series of gushing emails. But for now I just want to thank you so very much for sharing your beautiful home with us. It is heaven on earth. We were told by PV rentals that a second room was being enclosed for a second private bedroom but that was not the case. I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in PV. My sister and I took a side trip, plane ride to Moscota and Talpa. They are smaller colonial Mexican towns. It was nice to see part of Mexico away from the tourist area. You should try it. I will certainly be staying again next year.
